Non-Aqueous Technologies

Delivery of non-aqueous micronutrient dispersions is challenging, but can bring potential benefits of improved foliar retention, spreading, and uptake of actives over more conventional aqueous dispersions. Additional benefits from Lubrizol’s co-formulants can include enhanced sustainability with many of the technologies containing high proportions of naturally and sustainably derived material, in addition to favorable biodegradability profiles. However, achieving high concentration secondary nutrient and micronutrient formulations in a non-aqueous concentrate has challenges. Lubrizol has a unique range of dispersant, emulsifier, rheology modifier, solvent and surfactant technologies to meet these challenges with select examples listed below.
