During her 14 years in the beauty industry, the Colombian native has helped bring to life more than 150 new products and sub-brands. She has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and two master’s degrees in sociology and marketing.
Fun fact: As part of her life’s mission to encourage peace and beauty in this world, Paola practices meditation, sometimes through classical dance.
