Lubrizol’s soft elastic engineered polymers deliver durability and a rubber-like, soft-touch feel for a range of over molded industrial and consumer applications. These polyester- and polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) formulations are soft but still feature high durability and shock resistance. Soft TPU is ideal for flexible molded or 3D printed parts and electronic devices. Plus, elastic TPU is an ideal alternative to rubber in terms of performance but provide all the processing advantages of thermoplastics.
