High-Solids Self-Crosslinking, Water-Borne Polyurethane Dispersion

Turboset™ 5000HS is a TEA* free, high solid, one component, self-crosslinking waterborne polyurethane dispersion designed for clear wood finishes. It can be formulated to <140g/L VOC US (< 50 g/L EU) and is designed to perform on sports, recreation, and high traffic wood floors without the use of cross-linkers. Turboset™ 5000HS is based on a state of the art, self-crosslinking mechanism that cures as the wet film dries. Its ability to perform in demanding floor applications without adding cross-linkers simplifies and lowers the risks of application associated with 2K systems, while also reducing waste. Additionally, the high solids content of Turboset™ 5000HS allows thicker films to be applied per application reducing the number of applications needed to achieve optimal performance. This translates into the elimination of application labor steps, reduced job cost, and faster return to service. *None intentionally added in manufacture or formulation
