Acrylic Colloidal Dispersion

Carboset 511 resin is an acrylic colloidal dispersion polymer supplied in ammoniated water. Carboset 511 resin produces glossy, hard finishes with good adhesion to a wide variety of plastics, metals and wood. This polymer's small particle size and fast drying characteristics provide solution like polymer properties for waterborne wood stains and sealers. Wood stains can be formulated for both spray application and as wiping stains. Wood sealers made with Carboset 511 resin resist bleeding of pigmented and dye based stains. Carboset 511 resin can also be used to produce temporary, alkali strippable coatings.
