Focus: Marcia works in Hair Care applications where she develops new formulations and applications as per local, regional or global requirements. She also supports customers with development of formulations, optimization of current products, claim support, troubleshooting and technical trainings. She participates in global new product launches for hair care as well.
Recent accomplishments: Marcia developed two leave on formulations with Sensomer™ Cassia 115 polymer that will be part of the formulation pack of the upcoming product launch. Recently she helped a customer to relaunch a complete line of baby hair care products, using Lubrizol ingredients as the core of the formulations chassis.
