Trina Nally is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. In this role, she enables Lubrizol to achieve long-term success and financial health by maximizing the contributions of our people through the company’s culture, compensation and benefit programs, talent, learning and development, HR information systems, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
With 30 years of human resources experience, Trina has a track record of aligning company strategy, structure, culture, capabilities, and rewards to build high-performing organizations.
Most recently she served as Senior Vice President, People & Culture, for bp’s Customers & Products business, the company’s largest customer-facing business unit. In that role, she led and executed people transformation workstreams globally to align and deliver bp’s new strategy and operating model. She developed and executed DE&I initiatives resulting in improvement of diverse representation at all levels and drove improved post-transformation engagement scores across the workforce. In addition, she led and executed talent and succession planning from executive succession to first-level leaders.
Trina has held several leadership positions with bp, including Global VP, Human Resources for Castrol, Head of Talent & Learning – Downstream, and VP, Human Resources for Fuels North America.
Trina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
